- Post a jobAdd the details, a salary in JMD and a closing date (30 days if you leave it blank).
- Choose how applications reach youAll of them, all of them scored, or screened for you. See the options below.
- Manage it all in one placeYour dashboard shows every application with its CV. Shortlist people, and extend or repost jobs.
Three ways to receive applications
1
Send me all applications
Every application comes straight to you.
2
Send me all applications, scored
Every application comes to you with a 0–100 match score and a short reason.
3
Screen them for me
Good and borderline matches come to you. Clear mismatches get a polite reply after a short delay.
Scored and screened applications are checked once a day at 8am (Jamaica time). The score looks only at skills, experience and qualifications. Borderline applications still go to the employer, and anyone declined gets a polite email. A score only shows how well a CV fits that job, not how able someone is overall.
Free to use: There is currently no charge for using Splash Jamaica, because the site has just been relaunched.
