- Aged 20–32; full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students preferred. Open to nationals of member states, students of African descent in the diaspora (which covers many Jamaicans), and others. English or French required

- Free to apply. Pays a monthly stipend of USD 1,000 (about £750 / J$157,000) plus USD 500 housing (about £375 / J$78,500) for interns who relocate (set by the organiser)
A paid internship at a pan-African trade finance bank, for students of economics, finance, law, engineering and related fields. Benefits include medical insurance, a visa if needed, and an induction hotel stay.
