How we got started.
VistaPrint is a universal Global company located in Lexington U.S.A, Windsor, Canada,
Venlo, Netherlands, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. VistaPrint Jamaica has been located
in the Montego Bay Freezone since June 30th 2003, starting off with only twenty
three members of staff. Since our opening in Montego Bay, we have excelled to over
two hundred and fifty staff members, giving VistaPrint the upper hand in wining
the most prestige award of the Montego Bay Freezone in March 2005 for the employer
with the largest growth in the Montego Bay Free Zone

Careers at VistaPrint
Design Sales and Services
This department operates 12 hours, 5 days per week the DSS team are our customer's
first point of contact. Within the Design Sales and Service team you will find Graphic
designers, Team Leads and Supervisors who are on hand to give all our customers
a helping hand.
Work Force Management
The Work Force Management (WFM) teams are responsible for monitoring the call traffic
flow between the agents on the operational floor. WFM specialist analyzes call center
trends including: call volume, call patterns, staff productivity / Daily Reporting
of stats, and resource allocation. In addition, the WFM Specialist is responsible
for executing contingency plans in events such as hurricane or power outages.
Quality Assurance
This department is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coaching front line
customer service agents, ensuring that all staff are in line with Call Quality Standards.
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing all staff in the Jamaica
facility with the following support: employee welfare, recruitment, benefits and
employee relations.
Accounts Administration
The Accounts Administration department is responsible for all of the accounts for
VistaPrint Jamaica; in addition the Accounts Administration Department also processes
the payroll for the staff in Montego Bay.
