HELP Jamaica! stands for Help Establish Library Projects in Jamaica! and is a registered non-profit organisation based in Germany and Jamaica.
HELP Jamaica! aspires to build libraries and education centers in needy communities in Jamaica. HELP Jamaica! strives to provide necessities for success in school and life including: Free access to books and computers and the oversight of a skilled and caring staff who can help the youths learn and establish reading and computer skills. Our aim is to encourage creativity, talent, hope, ambition and excellence. We believe in inspiration and qualification as a means to break the circle of frustration, violence and crime!

HELP ESTABLISH LIBRARY PROJECTS IN JAMAICA!
Dear Friends of HELP Jamaica!, Dear Interested People:
* Our first 'Charity Month' event-series was a complete success!
* We start the planning for the 'International Charity Month', which should take place in November 2009.
* The HELP Jamaica Charity Festival in Osnabrück /GER at the 15th of August 2009
* The state of affairs regarding our first HELP Jamaica! operated Reading & Eduction Center
* We currently work on a relaunch of our website www.helpjamaica.org
Review: THE 'CHARITY MONTH' JUNE 2009
The first 'Charity Month' in June set up by HELP Jamaica! consisted of 12 events in 12 different cities all over Germany, Maastricht (NL) and Budapest (HU). With the help of Promoters, Venues, Sound systems and of course those who attended the dances it really became a complete success.
