The University College of the Caribbean - a dynamic and progressive organization is seeking dedicated and committed lecturers for Diploma in Law and LLB programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be an Attorney-at-law WORK EXPERIENCE: Must be a practitioner with over 5 years work experience
SUBJECT AREAS: Criminal Law, Public Law, Elements of the Law of Contract, Law of Tort, Law of Trust, Land Law, Company Law, Jurisprudence & Legal Theory, EU Law, Family Law, Succession, Intellectual Property, Criminology, Labour Law.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
? Preparing lesson plans and course materials ? Delivering lectures and conducting tutorials ? Setting and marking of examination papers
SPECIAL SKILLS:
? Possess excellent oral and written communications skills ? Considerable knowledge of the subject area to be taught ? Ability to work in accordance with stated guidelines as contained in UCC’s faculty handbook ? Excellent time management skills ? Experience in lecturing would be an asset
