The desired candidate will assume responsibility for the day-to-day onsite operational management of all activities and functions in a cash applications department to include developing, coaching, and evaluating performance, procedures, and standards while determining program service levels and enhancements including technical advice to clients and staff

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees and manages the operations of the Cash Applications area of the business unit
• Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction
• Plans, staff, manages expense priorities, and recommends and implements changes to methods for the Cash Applications area
• Provides budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and company personnel


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Three years of Accounting experience in a Customer Service and or Accounts Receivables environment
• Extensive experience in managing the operations of a business to include Accounts Receivables Audit and Verifications
• Knowledge of Cash Application Process

TRAINING AND EDUCATION:
• BA/BS degree in Accounting (Preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong leadership and planning skills
• Strong technical skills Strong Internet knowledge and computer skills
• Knowledge of Financial Systems: Oracle
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent Problem Resolution Skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of management
