Description: Successful applicant will be expected to:
- Plan and organize workflow in a manner to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Deposit Processing Department, with emphasis on adherence to procedures and meeting all set deadlines.

- Review day's work for completeness inclusive of close circuit recording and operating systems, document finding and corrective action to be taken.

- Develop and implement department cross training schedule, and monitor staff performance and productivity.

- Administer and assess related staff complement, and create an environment to foster good working relationship.

Qualification/Experience
- Strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- Seven years experience at the Senior Supervisor or Management level
- Tertiary level education in Banking or Business Management
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Must be able to work nights, public holidays and weekends on a rotational basis
- Must be able to function in an environment with tight dealines.
