Description:
Our Client is seeking a professional Operations Manager with 50% Operations Management skills, 30% Business Development skills and 20% Client Project Management skills, to oversee, plan, direct, coordinate and manage all organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Supervise and lead human resources and Recruitment
Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive and measure short and long-term operational goals
Overseeing daily operations of the company namely Marketing, HR, Sales, Accounting, and Office Management
Business Development (managing relationships with clients/partners)
Identifying and closing on leads and growth opportunities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:
Proven experience as Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or relevant role for more than five (5) years
A clear understanding of business functions such as HR, Accounting and Marketing.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and Business Development.
Experience working in Technology Consulting.
Experience working with US and/or UK companies is preferred
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and client-centred relationship.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

PREFERENCES:
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
MBA in technology is preferred
Experience in Technology and Business Development is a plus
Work experience in Jamaica/Caribbean
May be required to do up to 50% international travel between Jamaica and the United States
