Job Description

A reputable hotel in New Kingston seeks applicants for the following position:
Food and Beverage Manager

Develop and implement strategies for food and beverage operations, marketing and sales that support achievement of the hotel's goals.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and other reports for the Food and Beverage Department.
Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and oversee the efficient operations of the culinary, restaurant, banqueting and bar operations of the department.
Adept at menu planning and pricing.
Up to date with current Food and Beverage trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to successfully lead the department, train and guide staff, set and monitor performance standards.
Ensures compliance with all government regulations and company policy.

A First Degree in related field and at least 3 years’ experience required.
