Description:

The incumbent supports all credit sales arrangements, ensuring that customers’ accounts remain below their individual established credit levels and within permitted credit periods.

Core Responsibilities:

Process credit applications and manage compliance
Manage cash on delivery (COD) transactions;
Monitor reconciliation of payments for customers’ account
Provide internal support through authorization of transactions as per guideline
Conduct account audits and provide timely notifications
Prepare reports as per requirement

Requirements:

Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
Minimum of two [2] years relevant work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Detail oriented, accurate and proactively follow-up
High level of confidentiality
Exceptional negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good communication and written skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Consistent punctuality and attendance
Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
Clients and staff are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner
Display professional maturity and ability to support and interact with all levels of management
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to multitask daily
Priorities’ without loss of efficiency and adapting to unexpected request
