CAREER OPPORTUNITY
ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (WESTERN REGION)

Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives of the Company, through sales and promotion of the complete range of FosRich Products, which include Electrical, Lighting and Solar/Energy products.

Core Responsibilities:
Ensures the implementation of strategic programmes of the Sales Department.
Assesses performance of products in customers’ store regularly and recommends any desired changes to optimize performance, through weekly meetings and reports.
Engages customers to promote products, secure orders and ensure distribution and availability of products.
Manages receivables by ensuring discrepancies related to credit notes, pricing, shipments, etc. are dealt with timely.
Submits weekly reports and work plans specific to sales route.
Identifies and provide innovative solutions for business development.
Represents the interest of FosRich Company Limited on assigned routes, providing market intelligence on a regular basis to the Route Sales Manager, including competitors’ marketing activity, potential/lost business, and general customer concerns/recommendations.

Liaises with the members of the general sales team to facilitate execution of joint strategies.

Participates actively in promoting, selling and disseminating information on the company’s products at exhibitions, trade shows (such as Denbigh), etc. as periodically required.


Requirements:
At least an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or equivalent qualifications;
Minimum of three years sales experience, with a record of territory growth and excellent target achievement rate;
Demonstrated product knowledge of Electrical, Lighting and Solar/Energy;
Proficiency in the use of computers and applications, facilitating data analysis, reporting and communication;
Excellent time management & organizational skills;
Awareness of external competitive practices;
Understanding the methods of merchandising/promotion and its impact on sales;
Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills to create win/win situations that will gain support from our customers;
Ability to exhibit high levels of responsibility and independence within the framework of the organization’s mission and policies;
Supports effective cross-functional working through regular sharing of information - ability to function as part of a team;

Candidates MUST own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
Selected candidates will be required to submit a Police Report prior to employment.
