ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Insurance entity is currently interviewing for a suitably qualified candidate (academics/experience) to fill the position of “Administrative Assistant”

Qualifications:
Ability to deal with the public courteously, effectively, respectfully
Ability to work under pressure efficiently
Ability to work at maximum effort
Ability to meet output standards/quality standards
Ability to accept responsibility and discretion
Willing to work beyond usual hours, if necessary
Able to get the job done/TO GET RESULTS
Understands HOW TO WORK SMARTER
Understands that the customer is our business

Experience :
Associate Degree (Professional Qualification) in Business Administration/ Management

Experience:
Minimum five (5) years related experience at Supervisory With Computers/Systems and Software, Cost Management

Required Competence
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competence in Keyboard dexterity; Computer Applications and Spread sheets
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to direct completion activities within established deadlines
Good judgement and decision making abilities
Cost benefit assessment as a basis for capital/recurrent expenditure.
