ACCOUNT MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Manages sales activities of assigned programs and campaigns by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Accountable for the overall successful delivery of client expectations and Etech stakeholder objectives, including profitable & sustainable growth of the account.

Because a success oriented culture is highly dependent on leaders who lead by example, this site leader must always be professional, work with integrity and actively promote ethics and compliance policies across the organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Facilitate a culture that supports Etech’s Character Commitments; and act as a role model at all times adhering to high ethical standards
Drive Remarkable Coaching tactics adherence, documentation and certification within all leaders in the center as per enterprise expectation within the expected deadline.
Accountable for design, coordination and execution of program growth plan that meets client and Etech Stakeholder deliverables
Assigns Sales Coaches to work as leads for campaigns; oversees direction of all leaders in the respective campaigns and divisions.
Act as client and Etech consultant - focused on delivering solutions
Ensure all deadlines are achieved
Lead/coordinate all client communications to ensure deliverables are met; responsible for disseminating any/all information to key stakeholders
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
Open and adaptable schedule up to and including 24/7 availability based off business needs of campaigns assigned; some travel required
Lead effective internal communication amongst centers and work groups to ensure expectations are understood and achieved
Formulate actionable analytics – from raw data. Conduct internal and external business reviews including weekly readouts with client, Center Directors and Executive leadership to discuss needs, and key opportunities to be addressed with proposed solutions. Lead client facing WBR/MBR/ABR
Assign targets internally and ensure mechanism in place to evaluate performance against these targets (campaign, center, leader, agent) * Establish program LOEs at all levels to support performance delivery, inspect documentation and provide feedback to center leadership
Assigns sales campaigns to sales coaches and operations leaders.
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist clients in driving ethical/quality sales and customer experience.
Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Review and update all scorecards/compensation reports to ensure criteria is in alignment with Etech/client KPI timely and proactively.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units such as training and other campaigns or programs.
Ensure internal and external compliance/security audits are conducted, documented and passed
Act as a consultant on Etech product development (ICE, QEVAL, etc), and support new business development
Coordinate process improvements across departments, prepare manuals and technical publications and acting as a Trusted Advisor to support program success
Ensure timely communication and execution of best practices in the center.

Ensure MSA/SOW is followed and understood by key stakeholders.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for employee incentives and contests.
Build strong relationships with Sales Coaches and senior management staff while developing and building an Etech working culture in the center.
Provide timely and detailed forecasting at campaign and center levels as well as complete all invoicing.
Be open to feedback and coaching while also taking personal accountability for self-development, develop core skills and competences by being involved in every facet of personal development.
