If we are unavailable in person (this may be the case at times between noon and 2pm) or the phone line is busy and you wish to speak to us you can leave a voicemail. We undertake to try and respond to your voicemail within 24 hours provided you are calling from Jamaica.

Forgotten your Password or User name?  

Please note that if you are a jobseeker and have forgotten your account password you must use the automated system on the front page of the site to obtain it. If you are have forgotten your user name you will need to create a new account. This is a necessary measure due to the number of requests for details of forgotten passwords and user names. Please remember that all passwords and user names are case sensitive. Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide you with passwords and user names by any other mechanism.

If you are contacting us from overseas you may of course try calling but you may find it easier to email us using the email address. We undertake to try and respond to you within 48 hours by email (Monday to Friday) provided you leave us with an email address.
